I can't say enough good things about Sumits Yoga. This studio has completely transformed my yoga practice. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and provide clear and precise instructions. The classes are challenging yet accessible, allowing me to push myself and progress in my practice. The studio is clean, inviting, and has a peaceful ambiance. I am so grateful to have found Sumits Yoga.
