A great community college starts with great staff. This place does not have that foundation. HR is a joke. Talk about nepitism and favoritism, I understand it happens everywhere but THIS place takes the cake. It doesn't feel like an equal opportunity employer, seems like people do a lot of a** kissing to get anywhere and they let go of the actual productive staff.its not a surprise this place is going down the rabbit hole!
