I have been a customer of Viva Wireless Inc for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The network coverage is decent, but there have been a few instances of dropped calls. The customer support is helpful, although the response time could be faster. Overall, I would rate my experience with Viva Wireless Inc as average.
