The experience with Defttech av was average overall. The company website defttechav.com looked professional and user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. They did manage to fix the problem eventually, but it took longer than expected. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
