Verizon Arena could not keep the air cool for a crowd that maybe had the place at 65% capacity. The concession stands were not prepared for that many people. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they were out of everything. The only reason the place is getting two is because of one lady named Robin busting her rear end off to give the best service she could.
