I recently purchased some items from Xacus s.r.l. and overall, I had an average experience. The quality of the products was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service was satisfactory, although I wish they were more responsive and helpful. Shipping was relatively fast, but the packaging could have been better. In summary, Xacus is an okay company to buy from, but there are definitely better options out there.
