Had windows 7 years and very pleased with them, after sales is shocking , a large bedroom window will not open because the handle mechanism has jammed, got in touch and they said it would be a couple of weeks before someone could come because someone had handed in their notice , fair enough got an appointment and waited in all day nobody turned up, rang them to be told he had gone on the sick, booked another app man came and said they would get in touch either later that afternoon or the next day which they didn't, rang again they said awaiting his job sheet and would get in touch in a week, still had to ring them over a week later said they would ring me back and they didn't, rang again and said they would ring back once more STILL WAITING . This is a job that I will be paying for so what's the problem, I do not intend to get in touch with them anymore as I am taking further advice. GOD HELP IF WE HAVE A FIRE.
