I will Echo the comments of others.I've contacted them Nine or ten times...I lost count.

They responded twice, and The warranty that the guy sold at my State Fair said these things will never need replacing, but in the fine print it can't.
It can't be returned if it's just not sticking.

That's the whole point of the Pans. But they are sold as lifetime warranty, and you will never need another set of pans. But this company does not stand behind it.The quality of the handles is great. They are triple riveted. Beyond that, they are basically a hammer.The comment about butter sticking, is almost true. Total joke.
