Arrived at 8:15 on December 28th, checked in with the hostess said it will be 5 minutes for table, they never took a name. Checked back in 20 minutes they said we didn't know you needed a table and it will be 5 more minutes which it was finally. This is my 4th visit and I ordered the pretzels for an appetizer which they said they were out. Ordered a Mojito which they came back in 10 minutes and said they couldn't make because they don't have fresh mint. I ordered the Erie Canal Mule which stated on the menu it had fresh mint which it didn't. The drink was good until I was finished and noticed a bottle cap was in the bottom of the glass after I drank it all out of a straw luckily or I could have cut my mouth or choked on it. UGH who puts a bottle cap at the bottom of a drink?Called the manager who talked to my husband and told him he would take 20% off the bill and gave us a $25 gift card to use in the future which we don't want to return since we had out of state guests who weren't impressed and we gave it 4 tries. The service is not that good the waiter came over once every 30 minutes to check he was clueless. The food is always sub-par they always run out of things. I got the Caesar crab cake salad which was loaded with old bay and wasn't that great. The three other people ordered the burgers which were not cooked properly they got everyone's order mixed up. The restaurant is very nice they just have to learn how to run the place so it doesn't close. I don't think they can survive on selling beer alone.
