It is a young and dynamic environment where people are valued but above all they invest in good ideas, as well as professional skills.
In Unitec I never felt like just one number, one more employee,
I have tried on several occasions to expose my ideas and have always been listened to, this thing I would not take for granted !!! (not all companies are ready to listen to the ideas of their employees, I speak from direct past experience ... but forget it, this reflection deserves another review, another context, another company).

Unitec is managed informally and is based on values that in my opinion are important to help you live the company in the right spirit !!

We work for more or less complex objectives and the team spirit (young team) is the real strength, there is a lot of collaboration between colleagues ...

One thing that could be improved is working hours, if it were flexible it would allow better management of private life / work,
8 hours a day not standardized 8.30-17.30 but with the possibility of making different hours, for example 9.00-18.00 rather than 8.00-17.00.
