I was visiting Philly with some friends this weekend and was determined to get a couple piercings. Ursula, the piercer who handled my friend and I this afternoon, was wonderful. They walked us through the whole process carefully and even handled our indecision with immense patience.

Even the actual act of piercing was softened by Ursuala's ability to outline the steps. I wish I lived in Philly because this would be my regular piercing destination. I will likely have to travel back to experience this kind of start to finish experience.
