These people were used to perform transitional maintenance at a property I rented. They are claiming that it takes 4 man hours to change 11 light bulbs, 4 batteries, and removing debris when none really existed. How does all of that take 4 hours? Apparently they insisted 4 hours is the proper amount of time needed to change light bulbs. They better have had to fight off a Mongol hoard to get those light bulbs put into place. I rarely leave reviews because normally things turn out fine with people. However, I simply cannot let this charge no unnoticed. I have performed maintenance and construction and trying to imagine that this took them 4 hours is laughable, malicious, and wrong. I am not sure what is worse the potential for unimaginable incompetence or the dishonesty.
