Would give ZERO possible. Took my car in to have work done on a wed. Was told it would be at least a week till it got worked on. I was put in a rental from a rental car company, was told that it would be covered. I had my vacation planned that day. I left town, expecting a week till my car got started. The next day my car my car is started and finished 3 days later. I'm out of town still. I finally get home thu. I'm told I now owe $120 more because my rental was only covered for 3DAYS!!??? Basically, because I didn't cut my vacation short, they got done sooner than I was told, I'm on the hook. I've been a loyal customer for years and so has my family. This is how loyal customers get treated. It's all about that dollar. This is the LAST time I ever go to this GMC dealership.
