2nd ave stores, llc is an average company with decent products. I have ordered from their website multiple times and the overall experience was satisfactory. The customer service was responsive, and the delivery was on time. However, I feel that the product quality could be improved. The website navigation could also be more user-friendly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
