When I first arrived to my room the door was propped open. I phoned security and gave up on them answering after it rang 20 times with no answer, . What looks to be a blood stain on the door did not help to settle my nerves.
I finally got up the nerve to enter the room, there were no washcloths in the bathroom, common area bathrooms by bar had no paper towels, no refrigerator. I was compensated with a $10 bottle of wine for having to deal with this...
Second day, digital key stopped working after it had worked the first night of my stay. I went all the way to the front desk from the top floor and was told it would work but it did not. They sent up someone with the master key, which does not help for the next two nights I was planning on staying here.
With all of the hotel choices in the area, steer clear of this one. I have been to many Hilton s and this has been my worst experience, hands down.
And please spare me with the auto response I have seen you post to all of the negative reviews.
