As a customer, I found the platform to be just okay. 🤷🏻 The website was easy to navigate, but the services were not particularly outstanding. The lack of personalized support was a downside for me. The website did have some helpful resources, but I expected more engagement from the team. It seemed like a typical experience that didn't quite meet my expectations. However, I appreciated the clear communication and the user-friendly interface. Overall, an average experience. 🤔
