I love ordering from the Ann Arbor T-Shirt Company, but wasn't completely sold until something went wrong with my order. I emailed the company and got a response the same day. They had me send my order back and then promptly replaced the mistaken item and sent along an extra goody. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly.
