I recently used the services of this company and found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of relevant information about their programs. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness. The registration process was straightforward, but I encountered some technical issues which delayed the completion. Despite these issues, I did find some of their resources and materials to be helpful in my personal development journey. Overall, I would say my experience was neither exceptional nor terrible, just average. If they improve their communication and technical support, they could provide a more satisfying experience for their customers.
