Just wanted to give you a big thank you for all your help and kindness. We forgot my grandsons jackets in the coatroom and we live 4 hours south. When I phoned the next morning to see if they were there the girl took the info and descriptions in a very very helpful and polite manner and called me back within 5 minutes. They had found them and now my grandaughter who attends Laurentian University will pick them up. I am so grateful for your help and kindness. We had a great experience and bought a yearly pass will definately be back every time we come to visit our grandaughter. Thank you once again.
