I recently came across a publishing company called Chasesmith Press while searching for a platform to publish my book. 📚 I was quite intrigued by their website, which was user-friendly and visually appealing. However, the overall experience fell slightly short of my expectations. The response time to my queries was satisfactory, but there were times when I felt like the communication could have been more efficient. 📨 On the bright side, the quality of the published book was commendable. The paper and print were of high standard, and it truly added value to my work. 💯 However, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side for the services offered, which made it less affordable for someone on a tight budget. Overall, it was an average experience with some positives but also areas that need improvement. 🤷‍♂️
