Update on this - second engine failure since 2014 ...

Update on this - second engine failure since 2014 and Chrysler is telling me I have no warranty after only 54K miles on a new diesel engine. Long story short, ecodiesel's have an engine failure problem so buyer beware. I don't blame the dealer as much as I blame Chrysler.

I purchased a truck from there in 2014 and didn't have the greatest service experience the first time or two. Nothing too bad, but certainly not a 5 star experience. The last few times I've had to bring the truck in for service Terry N. has been by service advisor and he is outstanding. He deserves a 5 in every way. He's efficient, does what he says he'll do, is honest about how long something will take and is great about following up with you. I had to get a part in and instead of me having to call and get the status he followed up with me and had a car ready for me when I got there. He is proactive and I appreciate it. Would recommend to anyone.
