I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. Mark Mosayebi was knowledgeable and personable. I narrowed down (or so I thought) two trims I liked prior to arriving and purchasing the vehicle. Once there, I had him pull out a used 2018 Jeep, then decided I'd try a new 2019 Loredo, which I test drove to the extra lot where he showed me an Upland I liked and we drove that model back. After deciding I couldn't live with the color of the Upland (and after he had already ran the numbers) I was still indecisive. Eventually, I drove out in a Jeep I love. Mark never was impatient with me and all my rigmarole. Additionally, the much dreaded visit to the finance department was also unwarranted in this case. They were straight forward and low pressure. Great experience all the way around.
