I am consistently trying to get in touch with the editorial team for so long, after I got a reply from them but now they are not responding to mails. I even called up on the land line no, the person who received the call first said he will get me connected the next day. When I called next day, he spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Not expected.
