I had a mixed experience with Global immo. Overall, I would rate them as average. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with the customer service. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I also felt that their fees were on the higher side compared to other real estate companies. Despite these drawbacks, I did find a suitable property through Global immo, so I can't say it was a completely terrible experience.
