Awful experience from start to finish. Wrong car was delivered missing roof racks as quoted in sale price- not one person noticed. Dealer offered to install aftermarket remote start- after appointment they tried charging me $500 for one key installation- no communication between managers, salesmen and service. Car has small rust spots (brand new only owned for about 60 days). Disorganized salesman Kyle- I needed to ask a million questions and guide him through steps to get anything accomplished. Registered car in different state-entire process was messed up and ended up registering back in VA. Dakota was unprofessional and extremely rude handling the registration issues (all on their end) back and forth with insurance which took about 50+ days to settle. I have tried reaching out to General Manager Mike Smith multiple times after leaving voicemails- no response. No apologies from anyone in the dealership. If it wasn't for my boyfriend guiding me through this process I would have been incredibly taken advantage of. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
