My son has not yet received his ABR, however Monica (the patient care coordinator) has been FANTASTIC! She is speedy, always returns calls, and has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything gets done. We are a special case and so lots of extra paperwork and signatures are required for my son s medical care and she has done it all!
