Only plant in the area that gave me a chance at a career in operations with my Process Technology degree and experience. Starting at a facility being built from the ground up has already given me a much better understanding and knowledge of the plant rather than starting somewhere that has been in operation for years. Management values/expects employee suggestions and feedback and definitely goes out of the way to keep us happy. Greatful to have been given the opportunity to work with the caliber of people in this organization.
