Terrible landlord. Making tenants pay one month of rent upfront no matter their ability to do so .OK I know this is common practice in the private market but Ongo are saying it must do this in fairness and bcs of UC.Well actually it stinks of @ongo making sure their wallet isn't hittoo much bcs of UC not being fair at all .So on go stop lying
