Update 3/22/2021: I love Dr Crow. What amazing attention to detail. Still don't have my dentures, but I'm happy to wait as long as it takes to get dentures I can wear. Dr Crow is a true artist. Everytime I come in to try them on, he pays attention to details Dr Duffy never did. No wonder the other dentures made me gag. I think I might be getting my dentures next week, but if he has to send them back to the lab for more adjustments, I will wait.

Update 12/15/2020: after about a month of going there weekly, and wonderful Dr Crow proving the dentures I have are not properly made, (different dentist from abbey dental, now retired), management finally agreed to give me replacement dentures. I had impressions done last Friday, will update when I get them.

11/15/2020: Unfortunately, I'm here as yet another unsatisfied client. My upper teeth were bad and I came to abbey to see Dr Duffy, about 1 year and a half ago. I was treated like royalty until after I signed the papers and they got my money. The extractions were painful, but went ok. The temporary dentures never fit right and every single one of the hundreds of appointments I made with Duffy he would say something like " you need to get used to it" as he grinded away at my dentures. The temporary one was so low quality they had to keep gluing it together and putting it together again. At one point they told me they can't fix the temporary one any.ore and they need more money for a permanent set of dentures. Because the price was reasonable and I couldn't (still cant) afford a new dentist altogether, i agreed, thinking that a permanent one will be much better quality, which they assured me was the case. I also was informed i would have unlimited adjustments and one soft reline. The permanent dentures make me gag, cut my gums and the teeth are huge! Of course dr Duffy is retiring now, he made all the money he wanted to make on innocent patients. What about the patients that still need help? Apparently abbey dental does not care about them, after they already got your money.
2 weeks ago, I came to see a new dentist at abbey dental to try and fix the issues with the dentures. What dr crow told me is that the teeth are too big and there's no way to fix that, needs a replacement. The dentures are making me gag, and they can't do what dr Duffy did all the time, which is grind some on the back so I don't gag, so it needs replacement. We made an appointment for today, for me to get impressions done for a new set if dentures. I was so happy they were holding their end of the bargain I almost prematurely gave them a 5 star review last week.
Today I came in for impressions and had to wait about 1 hour after my appointment time. Then they called me back into the other building and yet another person (not sure if doctor or what) came in to tell me that there's nothing they can do for me. They are trying to refer me out!!! I can't afford MORE MONEY! I told him that and he said he would ask the others in the back. He doesn't come back and sends a tech with a paper referring me out. I told her I can't afford this and the guy needs to come back in the room. I told him how I felt and he said unfortunately there's nothing else they can do for me.
I told him I'm still entitled to my adjustments and reline at least. He said he can make an appointment to adjust anything on the front of the dentures but they will not try to fix the gagging issue at all. He left the room really quick before I could ask him what will be done about the oversized teeth he send the tech in telling me dr crow can look at it at adjustments appointment. He already did and he already told me the teeth are too big and we need to replace the dentures. The tech looks at me shrugging and says "thats what they told me to tell you"
Its not the techs fault. She just works there. I assured her I knew that.
Abbey dental might think they can get rid of me easily, but they are mistaken.
I paid for dentures and they will give me dentures I can wear. Or they can put my original teeth back In. Their choice.
