I have been a customer of Mr and Mrs Jones Pty Ltd for a few years now, and I must say that their service is simply average. Although the quality of their products is decent, I find their customer support to be lacking. There have been instances where my inquiries have gone unanswered or resolved much later than expected. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
