I had a mixed experience with Willbook. While I appreciate the ease of use and the user-friendly interface of their website, I encountered some issues during the booking process. The customer service was responsive, but it took longer than expected to resolve the problems. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I hope they can improve their service in the future.
