Finally got hold of TFl to find they are apparentl...

Finally got hold of TFl to find they are apparently a legitimate company although certainly don't appear to be so as almost impossible to talk to anyone or get any proper explanation as to what the fines are for. We received our first 98eur fine and then received another but ignored thinking they hadnt picked up our payment. But after chasing we realised that was a 2nd fine. so have paid 2x 98EUR they then send us a 279EUR fine for good measure. Will wait for the next fine to come. just because we visited London in a foreign reg car late one evening!!! Certainly didn't see any congestion and we own a very fuel efficient car!
