My experience with Hot:second has been a mixed bag. On one hand, their website, a-hot-second.com, is visually appealing and easy to use. However, I faced some difficulties while placing my order. The checkout process was a bit confusing and there was no clear indication of the total cost until the very end. I hope they can streamline this in the future.
