Yoga Power provides a wonderful yoga experience for practitioners of all levels. The instructors are skilled, friendly, and attentive. The studio is clean, well-designed, and creates a peaceful environment. The class options are varied and each session incorporates elements of mindfulness and relaxation. I cannot recommend Yoga Power enough for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.
