I have been renting from Västfastigheter for 2 years and I am impressed with their services. The staff is friendly and responsive. They take care of any maintenance issues promptly. The only minor complaint I have is that it sometimes takes a bit longer to get a response to non-urgent inquiries. Overall, I am satisfied with Västfastigheter's property management.
