This really is a shame. They came to change the water meter where I didn't make any requests. The counter has since been dripping. I have been trying to call the water department for 1 week because it is impossible for me to move during office hours, as I am also working, and no one answers. Is it possible that between 9 and 17 there is no one to answer the phone ??
