Terrible.

Terrible.

That sums it up. I call the pay by phone number and the system doesn't respond. For instance, "Press 7 to speak to a customer service rep". Press 7 and no response. Same with every other option. I also called the customer service direct line but no one has answered it in almost an hour. It just rings a few times then hangs up.
