I received an old all in one printer from my Grandparents and I have been looking for a power cord/ac adapter for it for ages. Staples, office max, office depot, best buy, walmart, radio shack, and even the manufacturer hp didn't have the right one. I was referred to impact from hp and they found what i was looking for immediately, prepared the order and i was done in less than 5 mins. Ralph was my sales rep and fulfilled his position successfully and professionally.
