As a CUSTOMER, I have had a mixed experience with Rapp Strategies, Inc. While their website, rappstrategies.com, is user-friendly and informative, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I encountered some difficulties getting timely responses to my queries, which was frustrating. However, when they did respond, they were helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate them as satisfactory.
