During COVID when the entire country was in a 2 week lock down I received an email that Watts Group would be showing my apartment. I also was living in a unit and my roommate subleased to someone with a cat without my knowledge (I am very allergic). When I voiced my concern to Watts group which has a no pet policy they were unwilling to accommodate her or I and wanted nothing to do with the situation putting my health at a severe risk. Do not rent from this group! Very unprofessional and hard to work with.
