I lived at the 2701 W Michigan Ave apartments (complex above the Old Goat). Absolutely terrible experience living there and also with Main Street Properties Management. They say they have a no pet policy but it is very easy to get around that by registering your animal as an emotional support animal. Could constantly hear Hot Slice blaring music at 2am-4am. One of the bedrooms in our apartment was constantly cold during the winter even when the heat was on and management did nothing about it. They also did nothing about our roommate getting a pet without asking us first but say "there was nothing they could do" since she got it registered as an emotional support animal. They were sure to charge us the $250 pet fine though which we did end up getting back after having to threaten to take them to small claims court. Management was never any help with anything. The appliances also aren't very functional.
