Horrible awful terrible customer service and I would give them zero stars if that were an option. They pretty much say unfortunately bla bla bla. They tack on fees. They don t answer the phone half the time. They don t take responsibility for anything on their end and tell the customer it s all their fault. The whole thing is a scam to begin with. And what s going on with all of the current employee five star ratings??? As if it s not obvious employees were put up to that to compensate for all of the 1 star reviews and bump up ratings.

Carnival on the other hand has great customer service. We went through them to book our other room and they took great care of us after being told about the experience with Vacation Tour and Travel.
