In 2020 I turn18 years of practice in this community. This yoga practice is a way of life for me. I function at my highest level when I am consistent. Having traveled far and wide and practiced at many schools, I can attest that the teachers here are stellar. Jim and Emma have done a fantastic job at bringing thousands of people so much wellness.
