University of Ghana, Legon main campus is relatively covid-quiet compared to same time last year. The air is constantly refreshed by the numerous trees spread all over the place. With fewer cars moving in and out and around, the atmosphere is virtually exhaust-safe for a good walk any time of the day. One beautiful and very convenient feature of this campus is the increasing cover of pavements and walkways along most of the streets. It's refreshing to see clean lawns, refuse cans, and waste plastic receptacles put in strategic places. However, I'd wish to see garden chairs in the botanical garden, so visitors can sit as well as walk about and enjoy the natural flora, and tarred garden roads to spare visitors the dust generated by drive-through cars!
