The front desk lady who works morning weekday is the worst. She is the one who dye her hair once in green, red and now purple. She been here for few months and her attitude didn t change. She never say hi or good morning when member check-in. What she do is standing there, talk and laugh loudly with other staffs and ignore people who come in.
She also sneak out to smoke at parking lot and leave no one at front desk. If you can t even smile and acknowledge member who check in then front desk is not a job for you. The worst in 7 years since I joined.
