I have been playing handball for several years now, and I can confidently say that Vlug & lenig handbal is one of the best clubs I have been a part of. The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced, and they genuinely care about the development of each player. The facilities are excellent and the club has a strong sense of community. I highly recommend this club to anyone passionate about handball!
