We have had a horrendous experience with Eagle. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. We upgraded our speed and for several months we re running at half or less of the speed we upgraded to. We have had 2 different service appointments which have done nothing to fix the issue. Now today, immediately after a new router being installed, we are left without internet until at least tomorrow. It will work for 2-5 minutes and then stop working for twice as long. The people who came to fix were very nice, but the office and billing departments are rude and inconsiderate. As college students, we are all dependent on wifi. Eagle is inconsistent and absolutely unreliable. Do yourself a favor, save some time, and take your business elsewhere.
