My experience at BMW of Henderson was great. After finding the car online, I called and Bruce in Internet Sales answered and from there everything fell into place. The vehicle I was looking with the package was sitting on their lot. He went outside and texted me photos of the exterior and interior, I completed credit app. I asked if there was any negotiating room and he said some. I thought I would negotiate while I was there. He sent back a proposal with a drop in price almost $2,000 which I thought was fair. I agreed and the next day I flew from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and was picked up at the airport. I test drove and inspected the vehicle then signed the paperwork and off I went. I drove it all the way back home to New Orleans. There was no hassle or pressure. The experience was truly amazing.
