Overall, as usual service was fantastic, Butch is always very efficient at what he does. I'm very disappointed that the dealership (management) chose to close the express oil change office. Waiting in line Saturday (10-14-17) several customer expressed the same sentiment about the express closing. I hope my comment will be taken into consideration and the reopening of the express oil change office will at least be considered.
