I recently used a service similar to Springpad and I was really impressed. The platform was easy to use and I found it very helpful for organizing my tasks. However, the company is lacking in terms of customer support. Whenever I had a question, it took them a while to get back to me. Overall, the experience was good, but I wish they could improve their support system.
